Flexographic Printing

Combined with our digital plate-making, Portco Packaging can produce repeatable high-resolution process images.

Solventless Laminating

Our solventless lamination process provides a green solution with superior bonds, high clarity and no trapped solvent odors. Our equipment features the latest technology in vector drives, providing superior web tension control, quick-change, and computer recipe control for guaranteed job repeatability.

“World Mixer” integrated mixing unit guarantees adhesive consistency, providing highest quality laminations.

Can we store product and stock?

Yes! Our 110,000 sq. ft. facility stores 2,500 ton of stock in a secure and organized setting, aided by sophisticated inventory tracking. Metal storage racks and up to 72" diameter roll handling equipment simplifies handling and storage. We can either convert your material or supply you with material from an extensive inventory. 

What about logistics?

Although Portco is located in the Pacific Northwest, our presence in the national marketplace continues to expand. Rail access on our rail spur allows us to handle both incoming and outgoing carloads of product. Proximity to two major ports plus a vast warehouse allows us to be accessible to customers across the country.
