Solventless laminating

Portco embraces solventless lamination technology — a green solution with superior bonds, high clarity and no trapped solvent odors. Our state-of-the-art laminator features superior web tension control, which means reliable and consistent runs. Quick-changes are easy and computer recipes guarantee precise repeatability from job to job. Plus our integrated “World Mixer” ensures adhesive consistency, providing the highest quality laminations every time.

Rewinding Our high-speed rewinders handle films and paper (from tissue to heavy board grades). Widths range from 1” to 67” wide and up to 60” finished diameter rolls.

 

Product Stocking

Our 110,000 sq. ft. facility stores 2,500 ton of stock in a secure and organized setting, aided by sophisticated inventory tracking. Metal storage racks and up to 72” diameter roll handling equipment simplify handling and storage. We can either convert your material or supply you with material from an extensive inventory.

Logistics

Portco is located in the Pacific Northwest. However, rail access on our rail spur, proximity to two major ports plus a vast warehouse allows us to be accessible to customers across the country.
